To whom it may concern,
In response to...

complaint ID [redacted] regarding a security system installed back on July 2012, stating that the installation of the cameras was completed and as I understand in your letter, the image on the screen is not clear neither the correct color.
On July 2012 I installed a set of camera security system on his store and when I finished the installation I verbally asked him if he was satisfied with the job, and he said yes, backing it up with the full payment for the work done.  Within days of the installation, he and I spoke about the front camera facing the street had too much sunlight and therefore, I positioned the camera at the best possible angle that we could to have better visibility to which he agreed.
About 3-4 months ago I received the first call from my customer stating the issue, I did stop by his store to re adjust the cameras to the best angle FREE OF CHARGE, even though warranty was expired for over 10 months.
I am willing to work in his premises and talk to see if we can come up with an agreement. I am willing to check the whole security system to find a solution to the problem.  Please be aware that I expect to be compensated for any service provided.  It is unreasonable for me to fix a problem free of charge when the warranty expired 13 months ago by this time.
Attached is a letter from customer making me responsible for any robbery, theft etc… that may occur to his store, which I feel is very unreasonable and unjust.
Feel free to contact me for any questions,
Sincerely, [redacted]

Of course the warranty has expired.  If he would of came by, like he said he would, then this would not be an issue.  Bottom line is, I informed him after the installation (within the warrany time) and I belived him when he said he would come fix it.
I have been very patient in waiting and I expect for this to be resolved in a timely manner without charges.  It is very disappointing to  know that he would rather lose a customer and his reputation than fix the problem.

Review: In July 2012 we purchased product and installation (security cameras, video recorder, tv) from Sanchez Computer Technologies. Everything was installed in (1) day. After the installation was completed we notice the picture and the color on the tv was not clear. We contact the owner several times and informed him of the situation. His response was always positive that he would stop by to fix it. He has been in the store several time as has said "yes that needs adjusting" but as of today 8/14/14, nothing has been done. Recently we mailed him a letter to give us a call to come fix the problem but have not heard back.

[redacted]NOTE: the computer is showing the wrong address. The correct address [redacted]Desired Settlement: We would appreciate for Sanchez Computer Technologies to come and fix the problem(s) as soon as possible ( 5 business days from receiving this letter). The owner has expressed that he was going to charge us for the adjustment. This should of been taken care of during the time of installation therefore we are not willing to pay any charges.
