Review: 5/18 first time. replaced 2 plastic caps with brass service caps w/rubber gaskits. turned on system refrigerant to hermeticly sealed 35 lb
Not cooling 3 weeks later was the first time they tried to us the ac.
6/22 second time: not cooling called to see why it was not cooling. outdoor condenser coil leaking refrigerant inside unit after removing top of condenser. found small pin hole leaks caused by normal equipment running vibration. add gas & checked condenser coil with leak detector. this problem was not detected the first time.
No leak detector was used the first time, if he would have used the detector after he replaced the 2 plastic caps with 2 new brass service caps w/rubber gaskits with 35lbs of refrigerant he would have found out that there was still a leak.Desired Settlement: paid cash 485.00 on 5/18. ask for a full refund, but was only refunded 310.00. The reason he only refunded 310.00, was because he charge for a leak detector & gas of 50.00
and minimum service charge of 125.00.
We are asking to be refunded the 175.00 that was charge on 6/22.

We have resolved issue with him sanchez. We contacted the contracter license board and refunded all of our money.
