Stay away from this companyWe were assigned to them through our home warranty companyWe needed them back out for a recall as our pipe under the bathroom sink was still leaking from their previous repairThe owner and the receptionist are rude and the receptionist blatantly liedThey claimed to have called multiple times and that no one answered any of the phones they hadMy husband did have one missed call, but he did call them backThey claimed to have called me multiple times but magically I had no missed calls or messagesThey had no problem contacting me to say they were not showing up when I'd been home waiting for them all day When my husband called back to see what was going on and to confirm that they had in fact spoke he was treated poorly and yelled at that he should have answered the phoneHe was then hung up on by the owner JesseTheir behavior is just bizarre! Save yourself the hassle and go with any other company that has actual customer service and can fix simple plumbing problems
