I am a former emploiyee of the establishment who was fired on Tuesday, May 31st (mind you my schedule was Wednesday 5:am-pm thru Sunday am- 2pm) via text message when my manager, Mark, sent me a message saying the owner of the business, Rubina, to!d him he had to take me off the schedule because I had recieved a corporate complaint and to not come backBefotre getting in contact with me he called anothere e!mployee and told her then tokd her to pass the message along if she spoke to me because I hadnt knownHe then told me that he was going to his sons school (at 3:27pm) and he would call me later, today is Saturday June 4th at 6:pm and I am still awaiting that callNot to mention that I am also a frequent customer and have been there numerous times since Tuesday and also on Tuesday a few hours before I received the text message, and he has been avoiding seeing me and running out the door and pulling off when I pull upTo this very day I stull hgave not seen or signed ANY complaints against myself, including the one that supposedly got me fired and just last week when I asked him hiw many complaints I actually have and he said I didn't have noneMy point for taking the time out of my day for writing this is because I know for a fact I was wrongly done by this establishment because first of I had worked there from about December 20th until May 31,2016, I also worked on New years, New years eve, and Christmas, both years I worked thereIn January 1,I started a full time job at a day care working with 12-year olds where I worked Monday thru Friday from 10-and I worked at Exxon Saturday and sunday 2-every week until September 1, when I went back to full time at Exxon to go to schoolMultiple times I would go and work at Exxon from 6-10pm after leaving my fu!l time job from 10-because someone else couldn't come when I was a scheduled weekend personAlso in my year and almost months working there, I NEVER MISSED NOT ONE SHIFT, wether it was my shift or a shift I was covering I was always there on timeI always picked up shifts, worked doubles from 6:00am to pm with NO BREAKS!!!! YES WE DONT GET BREAKS IN OR HOURS, NO MINUTE, NO MINUTE, A MINUTES WORTH OF SMOKE BREAK MAYBE, YOU CANT EVEN PEE FOR MINUTES WITHOUT MARK CURZSING YOU OUT BECAUSE THE STORE FILLED UP OR CUSTOMERS LOOKING FOR YOU OR KNOCKING ON THE DOOR ASKING IF YOUR IN THERE! U have to also add that our checks were sent to pay roll as always, so when we worked a 5:-we never got paid from 5:- Unless you ask him about it he'll make up excuse after excuse, but if you pressure him enough thru out the day he'll give it to out the register! So not only do we not get paid for all our labor, or get a break but we also have to deal with customers who want a bag then don't then do, play a lottery number mess it up then yell at you for their mess up,stand at the register at pay worth or 50/lotto ticket's while the store pack up and not care, or how about the customer complaint that myself and another employee got for saying good morning to a lady when she approached my register she then told us "You work for meAnd I don't have to speak to you'll if I don't f'ing want to"And along side that there's our manager who will curse you out on the floor in front of everybody with no remorse over something like money he thinks is missing, then he come back and say he doubled checked it and its fine like nothing happenedOr how he will tell you something that another employee said to him about you and then tell you he doesn't want any dramaOr how he tells us don't smile, don't break anything, don't talk to anyone every time he leaves the store, or how he talks about every customer in that store when they aren't there or as they're walking up and then switch up like hey buddy when they get to the register and talk to them for hours about fishing like he wasn't just talking about them, same goes for the employees he will talkk about you so bad behind your back and smile in your faceI know tgaat some customers didn't like me and I was fine with that because more than half loved meI never did anything wrong to anyone, I'm not a smiley person I'm just not so I'm noit going to stand here anbd smile at you for hours straight cause I cantBut I'm not a mean or rude person, if you treat me unfairly your getting it back in return and if your genuine with me I'm going to be genuine with youIf anyone feels I was rude or mean to you then more than likely you deserved itPeople always came looking for something to be mad about or to fight with you about and if you start with me ima going to finish itEnjoiy your karma
