Hello, I will quote a few paragraphs from the lease I signed which I feel were violated by Sanctuary Place Apts AND ***PM. Page section states, "Rules and Regulations: In addition to this lease, lessor may require residents to abide by reasonable rules and regulationsAll such rules and regulations form a part of this lease and may from time to time, in reasonable discretion, be amended in order to provide for the overall benefit of all residents of the community of which the leased premises is a partLessor will attempt to give residents reasonable notice of any change to the rules and regulations"RESIDENTS AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONSA BREACH OF A RULE IS A BREACH OF THIS LEASE."In the next section, I will quote just a few lines because typing the whole paragraph will take a few minutes.Page section 21: Moving and disturbing noise:Residents agree not to make or permit to be made any other disturbing noisesResidents shall not commit tor permit any act that will unreasonably interfere with the quite peace and enjoyment, rights, comforts or convenience of other residents.Residents shall keep the volume of any sound equipment or television sufficiently reduced at all times so as not to disturb other residents. In no event shall residents make disturbing noises which would unreasonably interfere with the quiet, peace and enjoyment of other residents between 11:00pm and 8:00amResidents who violate any provision of this paragraph will be served with the notice of the complaintThree (3) complaints for violations of these provisions shall be grounds for termination of the tenancy and lessor shall then be permitted to possession of the premises. There are more in the lease which I havent highlighted but in my eyes, the lease was broke quite a while back when Heather and *** was the manager.Regards,

RevDex.com:I never gave Sanctuary place my new address in any formThe last payment to them was for water using a check from my bank with the apartment address and even used the apartment address for return mailI never furnished them an address on the day noticeI complained to the office more than times in a year about the neighbor and all I ever got was we will send them another emailIn my book, that is not acceptable since it was a LEGAL complaint about an unruly tenantThey can have the deposit and as for the months termination fee, I will not pay itI complained legally more than times to the office and according to the "lease" they should have been evicted after the 3rd reportNothing was done to the tenant except for the time I called Boone County SheriffAgain, to reiterate, I never supplied Sanctuary Place Apartments my new address in any form written or verbalI figured I would lose my deposit for one reason for another so I had NO reason to give it to themSanctuary Place having my address means they acquired it by paying or illegally and is an invasion of my privacy

Our lease break policy is a written day notice, two months termination fee, and forfiet of security deposit. I explained this to the them on October 31st and November 1st when I spoke to them. The new address they gave is a home that was purchased on December 15,

The address is on the Revdex.com complaint form.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.**ANY AND ALL RECORDINGS WAS DONE WITH THE KNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PEOPLE(S) WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT **The lease signing wasn't on the 26th, it was on the 27th. We also have audio recordings of the manager and maintenance supervisor saying it was last checked on Friday, not the day before, and another maintenance man stated this had been flooded for days. To make matters worst, this story was changed several times which is heard in one of the recordings.  We were never happy about what was ever offered or done in regards to the apartment nor did we accept any agreements which is also heard in the recordings. This was due to the fact that the situation wasn't handled properly, and was pushed for nearly a month before a offer was made. While they were doing all of these repairs, this was done at OUR expense. All of the equipment ran was under OUR electricity. Thus meaning we're going to have to pay for it anyways. We haven't been able to even excercise our purchase by even being able to sleep there. Which in another recording and a set of pictures, is considered "liveable" as they were still drying the carpet. I want to reiterate the fact that we wanted to break our lease on the following day of signing due to false advertising and the troubles that have occurred from this. We had asked several times to finally push her to ask her elusive district manager which we then had to wait another two hours as she was on lunch to even get a response back. only from the manager.Regards,[redacted]
