Review: This company is advertising custom facials on [redacted]. I received one for Christmas. Unfortunately for me...they are not doing business at either of the addresses they have listed (false advertising???) I was sent to a nail salon in [redacted] for what was supposed to be a 60 minute customized facial. It turned out to be a 40 minute facial behind a wall and a curtain. When I spoke with [redacted]??) and complained about the service...I asked to go to [redacted] She told me they were all booked up there. I was in contact with the Sola Salon [redacted] and he informed me they were long gone from [redacted] and [redacted] (their other advertised location). The phone # belongs to [redacted] who is presently in FL. She said she had never been to the [redacted] location but would look into it. She offered for me to go to a location in Mount Sinai but then cancelled the appointment without any reason and no return phone call. I complained to [redacted] to have my sons account credited but I have yet to receive a resolution from them. Their advertisement for 3 customized 60 minute facials with one add-on simply does not exist. Thank you for any help you can give me. I appreciate your time.
