Entered this office today to pick up a partial denture for my fianceImmediately noticed a cleanliness problem upon arrivingIn the reception area, there were small pieces of various debris and food all over the floorAlso crumbs of food and numerous stains on the couchThe reception counter was cluttered with a half drank bottle of water and several other fast food beverage containersBehind the counter there were several molds and various other dental works on the same counter, along with paper work scattered everywhereThere was a trash can overflowing onto the floorWe were extremely alarmed about the cleanliness of the product which we recieved from themAsked for the owner and large man appeared from the back, claiming to be the ownerI explained my concerns about the problem and he moved very close to me in what I interpreted as an attempt to physically intimidate meWhen we left, the man followed us to our vehicle and knocked on the window, asking for my nameAbsolutely horrible experienceI will be contacting my doctor about this matter as well
