I am very surprised that our experience did not match the previous reviews on facebook and the company website as they are the primary reason I choose Fairytale Headquarters to entertain at my daughters 3rd birthdayFirst, I'll have to say the appearance of Olaf and Elsa was terrible and nothing like the advertised photos seen the Facebook pageElsa's dress was dirty and far too bigHer wig was not combed or braidedHer nails were chippedWe paid top dollar for her and Olaf I expected more Olaf was dirty as well and had the nerve to give out warm hugsThe storytelling was very out of context for year oldsWe all know the Frozen story, but why are you asking year old girls 'is it okay to marry someone they just met?' They don't even know what marriage is yet!!!!! She takes about things that could have been left out, like punching Prince HansTeaching that violence is okay to three years old, saying 'he deserved it'I was not impressed with the customer service of Leanne she was very rude and spoke to me as if I wasn't paying for the serviceI would not recommend this company to anyone
