buggy, which took 20 min ( granted not 5 min) . We have several new boxes in stock for it is the sand dunes and parts do break . We have been in business since 1958 and have an impeccable safety record and always take our customers safety very seriously or we wouldn't be in business . Said customer never tried to reach me , if he did I would have explained the situation ,  We are very sorry this person feels the way they do  .
