This hotel was filthy, damaged, amenities were closed for no reason, and the staff was rude and inept There was a cockroach in our room, housekeeping did not do more than throw stained/ripped towels onto the bathroom counter, and the lock to the SEVENTH floor balcony did not work I have been trying to contact management for over a week but am unable to get through, and am getting no responses Very disappointing!

My family and I stayed at this resort and were bitten by bedbugsIt was a horrible experienceI had to go to the doctor, gets a shot to help stop the constant itching, and I missed days from workWe contacted them about the issue numerous times, but they continue to give us the run around months laterI still have scarring from the bites

This hotel was filthy. I spoke to management and they refused to clean. They told me that they only have to straighten the sheets and bring towels. There was dried up food in the microwave, metal mattress pegs sticking out from the side of the beds, coffee pot was never cleaned, floors never vacuumed, sheets never changed, blood in the doorway trim leading into the bathroom, cockroaches in the stairwells, broken elevators, etc. I tried to speak to management again and they refused to answer my calls.
