I had a disagreement with a salesman on cost in a quote he email me that was double the amount of their online advertisement. When I asked the salesman to explain it to me; he did not respond. So I requested my order be cancelled and I have yet to get a response for the cancellation.

Refund I have contacted my bank to inform them of the situation and that I would like to dispute the charge should it process. It is still pending however, so maybe the salesman didn't delete my cancellation request. I just want my order canceled
The customer placed an order for 12 tons of material through our website and payment was received on 8/19/20. The customer contacted our office shortly thereafter to cancel the order that was placed which we did and then requested that we place a new order for 4 truckloads of material. Following email correspondence with the customer explaining the pricing and hauling of the material, the customer elected to then cancel the 2nd order as well on 8/20/20. We then canceled the 2nd order on 8/20/20 per the customer's request and confirmed with the customer via email that the ordered had been canceled. The customer's refund was processed 8/21/20. After processing, our company left the customer a voicemail notifying him that a refund will typically be received within 1-3 business days into the account they paid from.
We regret that we could not come to an agreement on a purchase in order to fulfill the customer's needs. We would also like to reiterate that it does take time to process refund requests. The customer was notified on the day of his request to cancel the 2nd order on the day it was submitted (8/20/20). We also regret that there seems to have been a miscommunication about this, but the customer can expect to receive their refund within 1-3 business days.

I received the refund for the first charge and expect the 2nd to be received by tomorrow 8/25/2020. The email was sent stating my orders had been canceled and a refund would be issued, but there was no refund receipt attached for either order. Having no rapport with this business or proof of issued refund, I felt it best to file a report just to be safe.
