Sand Haven Resort

I am rejecting this response because: I have no proof they even tried to rent their cabin out! Why SHOULD THEY when they already made to have it set EMPTY! As for renting another cabin at a different time I stated to them that my family has work schedules which only allow them a set amount of days off! Their POLICIES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND ARE NOT CONSUMER FREINDLY! I WILL NOT PAY AGAIN FOR THEM TO RIP ME OFF! I will not be FOOLED twice

In response to this..*** called and said she had a family situation and would not be coming to the Resort on June 24th, We stated that we would try to rebook her Cabin; which is stated on our SandHaven’s Terms Of Service that her agreed to and signed on April 11th,
We tried booking that Cabin out, but had no successWe offered her to pick another week this year, to put her Deposit towards On June 28th, she sent us an email asking for availability for coming to the ResortWe called and left a voice mail and asked her to call and discuss which dates and which cabin she would like We are waiting for her call back.Thank You- Sandhaven Resort
