I never mentioned I submitted an order on 11/29/17. My order was submitted on 12/15/17 however, I received emails from the company with a weird payment reference number and to create and acct. at this moment its has been very poor coustmer service on the business part. If item is out of stock then I should be aware however, I never received any other information about my order. The order number I was submitted was GLYTBWTHO. I have waited more than a week and have tried several times to reach ou to inquire about my order. Now that I have submitted a complaint against the company is now when I have been sent an email advising my order has been shipped. As a paying customer it should not have resulted to this by any means. Going forward I would just prefer my refund and will no longer deal with the company. I have waited 7 days to get a response on to know my order finally shipped out. Attached is the email I received this morning from the company advising my order was just shipped and shortly will receive a tracking number. After 7 days of no response I have purchased the jacket from another company and longer want it shipped. This has been a very inconvenient process as I have been waiting for an order that never shipped until I filed a complaint. Which means customer service is terrible and sports apparel does not have their customers in the best interest. This is very disappointing and I just rather not conduct any business with this company and just want my money back as a refund. They have taken 72 and another 2. And some change because hey charge a convience fee. Once I receive my refund in full  I will drop all complaints on the company until then I will continue until this is resolved. I no longer want the purchase since I had to go buy it from another store since they have taken so long.
