The Customer's parts were on a temporary back order. We did our best to ship them out as fast as possible. Unfortunately, the delay was too long. The customer's money was refunded.

Review: Sand Parts will not return phone calls and hard to reach management when you do finally reach management they will not deal with the problem they say that that is not their falt and they will put in a email to them it has been 3 weeks trying to get my product that I have already paid for and can not get answers from the company Sand Parts to do anything about getting my parts they say on their email that it is full and can not take anymore emailsDesired Settlement: I would like to receive the parts that I paid for

Review: I have purchased an item on the advertised website. I have been charged and received an email with shipment confirmation with no tracking number. The company has failed to respond by email, by phone and telephone listed has a voicemail that is full. The item on the confirmation email is to have been shipped on the 29th of October.Desired Settlement: Also an explanation to not conforming with customer service.

Review: On March 17th, I place an online order for parts from Sandparts.com, on the 19th my credit card was charged. I paid $12 for priority delivery. I didn't get any confirmation or information about the shipping of the products, only an order confirmation. So I emailed and asked about the status of my order on the 20th. I was told and I quote, 'expecting to ship today'. Now 6 days later, I have been charged and I haven't got my parts.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Including the $14.25 I paid for priority shipping. Total of $88.65.
