Review: I paid $390.00, in advance, for one week at Solana Beach during 2014 and received nothing in return. When requesting my prepaid week at Sand Pebbles, I was told there were no available weeks for 2014. Then I requested an exchange for the week with RCI, which I have never had any problems doing in the past, and was told by Ms. [redacted], Administrative Services, that she was not "extending me that courtesy". Basically, she wants to steal my money with nothing in return. They stole my reserved week and resold the week to someone else. I should not have to pay for Sand Pebbles overbooking reservations.Desired Settlement: What was already paid for, one week at Sand Pebbles or one week exchange with RCI.
