Sand Tech Computer Repair

Review: I brought my computer to Sand tech for a repair and when I got it back they did a terrible hack job. There is a strange mark on my screen. The internal hard drive is exposed and now I it fell out and I can not even get into it. I tried to put it back in but it will not register. I brought it in to fix the virus and the battery. I want a refund for this. They are a hack repair company! And they could even put Microsoft office back on it! And now I can not even get into it!Desired Settlement: I want a refund! They screwed up my computer. It is worse now than when I brought it in to them.
