Review: The company bills a month at a time, in advance. Our company has used their product for 9 years and cancelled this month. unfortunately we cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle. San Data is refusing to prorate the actual amount of the month we used. They said it is in their contract. We never signed a contract with them and gave notice before we cancelled.Desired Settlement: We need a refund of $337.50, a half of month
