Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had E-MAIL? and ? faxed ten ? pictures of my car leaking oil from April 14th,? on ? The day ? before I took? my ? car ? to Sandberg Northwest Volvo I indicated before that I had problems with Sandberg Volvo beforeMy feeling is that once they took my money they do not careHow can they mess the oil leaksI have serious concerns about the way Sandberg Volvo had serviced my car I sincerely thank the Revdex.com for looking in to my problem with Sandberg Volvo [redacted] , ? ? To whom it may concern,I just spoke with [redacted] ***, I am sending her a $dollar gift card on the behalf of the dealership instead of waiting for a response from Volvo.I don't know if this was part of the issue or not, but we had the wrong address,after confirming the correct address with [redacted] ,I am personally putting the $gift card in the mail today.I apologize for the inconvenience...and I will research what transpired to assure we avoid any issues in the future....? if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to call me directly...sincerely,Tim B [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Today I forward nine pictures of the oil leaks coming from VolvoI will also fax the same pictures with dates when the pictures were taken The pictures will show that Sandberg Volvo choose to ignore the oil and transmission fluid leaks so the can later charge more moneySANDBERG VOLVO DID NOT FIXED THE OIL AND FLUID PROBLEM The pictures show the mess I got for my $1,dollars I am also faxing a copy of a letter of what took place while driving a car with a cracked timing belt After my main mechanic of years die early this yearI made a bad decision to take my car to Sandberg VolvoSANDBERG VOLVO HAVE BEEN CARLESS WITH MY CAR BEFOREI have every maintenance record for the lost years and so for the most part I know my car I regret my decision by taken my car to Sandberg VolvoAt this time I feel that their warranty does not applySandberg may get away by doing a bad job to those with limited resources Sincerely, [redacted]

The facts remain the same. If the repairs we performed are leaking, Volvo carries a lifetime warranty on those repairs, both parts and labor. If there are additional leaks we would certainly be happy to fix those as well, once fixed and paid for she will receive a lifetime warranty on those repairs as well

Sandberg Volvo takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Mrs*** had her Volvo rear main seal and the two transmission cooler lines replaced due to leakage. The entire underside of the car was covered in oil and transmission fluid. At the time we could tell that
the rear main seal and the transmission cooler lines were the majority of the leaks. Sandberg replaced the rear main seal and the transmission cooler lines and cleaned off residual as best as possible. The customer brought the car back on May 27th to be re-inspected for additional leaks. Sandberg Volvo Technician found the transmission pan and a kick-down cable seal leaking along with a possible leak at the new transmission cooler line. The cooler line was adjusted and the other leaks reported to the customer. The customer declined repairs to the other leaks. Mrs*** contacted Sandberg with her dis-satisfaction. Sandberg Volvo Service Manager responded to her email, basically stating: Sandberg would like to re-inspect the leaks to determine if there is a defect in the parts that were replaced, Volvo carries a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. She declined to bring it back in. If the rear main seal or one of the cooler lines is leaking and defective, Volvo warranty will cover the defective partsPlease see attached email and Repair Order content

I indicated before that I had problems with Sandberg Volvo before. My feeling is that once they took my money they do not care. How can they mess the oil leaks. I have serious concerns about the way Sandberg Volvo had serviced my car.

After my main mechanic of 20 years die early this year. I made a bad decision to take my car to Sandberg Volvo. SANDBERG VOLVO HAVE BEEN CARLESS WITH MY CAR BEFORE. I have every maintenance record for the lost 25 years and so for the most part I know my car.
I regret my decision by taken my car to Sandberg Volvo. At this time I feel that their warranty does not apply. Sandberg may get away by doing a bad job to those with limited resources Sincerely,[redacted]
