areas to allow the moisture to escape. This may take several days to get the deck repaired from this point. We will keep you informed on progress and please call the office @ ###-###-####rather than [redacted]. Due to him being busy with new pool construction that we have going on. All warranty issues are to go through the office. Are office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We will do all that we can to make sure this issue is taking care of.

OMG!! What amazing Customer Service, Sand Castle Pools are wonderful people to work with, [redacted] was wonderful without his expertise I couldn't have done this without his guidance. My husband works in Saudi Arabia and [redacted] took time everyday for 2 weeks on face-time with him until we got everything that my husband requested. Again, anyone interested in having a swimming pool should go with Sand Castle Pools they will not be disappointed.

We contacted Sandcastle Pools in June of 2013. They started to install a pool/jacuzzi and the decking they finished the week of August 20th on time, we were very pleased with evervthing. Then October 2013 we noticed the new deck they installed was starting to peel in about a one foot by one foot area. They came out to look at it and said they would send someone to repair it. A month later in November 2013, it had spread to other areas. We called them again, and they repeated their previous promise of sending a repairman. This went on for four months. Most of the time, the man we are told to call named "[redacted]" will not pick up his calls. This is our second home, as we live in California we spend one week a month in AZ. Upon our arrival each month we see the repeatedly ignored problem with our decking. We are trying to landscape with plants and rocks but our efforts are put on hold due to fear of the landscaping being torn up if they have to replace the deck.Desired Settlement: I sincerely hope you can help before we are forced to go small claims court
