After reviewing work orders and the history of this used boat purchase by Mr*** ***, we could only find one time the boat was here for more than days
Unfortunately, this incident happened during the busiest month of the yearSeveral technicians reviewed the problem with the trolling motor and could not duplicate the customer's complaint. We haven't heard back from Mr*** since then to address the problem againWe will send a letter to Mr*** extending our deepest apologies for his inconvenience and will work with him to resolve this issueThe owner, *** ***, is back in the country from his mission tripHe will be happy to sit down with Mr*** and discuss this issue
