We, here at Strickland Marine strive for the best customer service possible.
After reviewing work orders and the history of this used boat purchase by Mr. [redacted], we could only find one time the boat was here for more than 3 days....
Unfortunately, this incident happened during the busiest month of the year. Several technicians reviewed the problem with the trolling motor and could not duplicate the customer's complaint. We haven't heard back from Mr. [redacted] since then to address the problem again. We will send a letter to Mr. [redacted] extending our deepest apologies for his inconvenience and will work with him to resolve this issue.
The owner, [redacted], is back in the country from his mission trip. He will be happy to sit down with Mr. [redacted] and discuss this issue.
