To start off with this is first I’ve heard about thisI sent him for a stoppage onlyI was not made aware of the septic tank being bad or something wrong with itWhen a customer has a problem with their septic tank I recommend them to call a septic tank company and I also give them the one I
callI did not know or have knowledge of this transaction between *** *** and the customerI was told that he cleared the line and everything was goodThis definitely was done outside of my companyI’ve tried to call *** *** and ask him about this he hung up on me and turned his phone offIf needed I will give the customer his address if he wants to pursue this with him but I am not liable for anything that was done without my knowledgeThis is the first time I knew about thisThere was no money from this given to meI will keep trying to reach him by phone and text

In addition to my complaint, I am told by local Warren county Vicksburg Septic tank inspectors, that Mr*** *** install illegal lift pump systems in the warren county area to which one home owner was reimburse for damages by Sanders Discount plumbing

I sent *** *** to the customers home to check on a stoppage onlyWe are not a company that installs or works on septic systemsIf the stoppage was due to the septic tank then that is were my company stops with the jobIf the tech goes any further beyond my companies ability then that is completely on himI’m not responsible for anything outside of my companyAs I said in the first response this is new to meI did not know anything about thisThis really upsets me that this was done I never received the check in my company name cause it was not done by my companyI will need to see a receipt from my company and canceled check showing my company did thisMy receipt have my company name on it and also the canceled check
