I have had Sanders on speed dial for about 11 years. No more. Over the 11 year period, they have been to our home at least 5 times to repair the same thing over and over. A landscape light in the front on my house. At Christmas 2019 the outside socket again did not work and I had to run an extension cord through my garage for the holidays. I'm confident without looking we have spent over $2,000.00 to Sanders over time to address the same problem. I was contacted by a manager today who did not even review their information to address my frustration the outside socket is again not working. I was questioned why I did not call them before this week to report the socket not working at Christmas (like that mattered). I will no longer due business with this Company and their response to my frustration was to hang-up on me. Next step is to file a complaint with Revdex.com and insists on refunds for incompetent work performed over the years. In the meantime, I am hiring someone else. Sorry Sanders but your convenience is good but your service is really poor.

Sanders is my "go to" for home services and has been for several years. I recently relocated and Tony A, Tom W and Fiore performed maintenance checks. Tom and Tony also did installs. Work is always thorough and the team professional, courteous, friendly and patient. They care about their work and about your home and I'm happy to refer when asked!

Our bathtub wouldn't drain, and after calling Sanders Home Services, Tony A. arrived within 45 minutes to unclog the line. Tony was prompt, polite and courteous, answered all of my questions, and left the tub and vanity cleaner than he found it. I would not hesitate to have Tony work in my home again.

Tony was very thorough on the job and never rushed or cut any corners. They laid down tarps and clothes and cardboard to protect my floors, vacuumed up all the dust before they left. Its been about two weeks not and my new hot water heater is amazing. I cant believe how little I need to turn the knob to get hot water, used to have to turn it all the way. They started with a small army of men and Tony stayed behind to make sure everything was finished perfectly. Highly recommend their work.

From planning thru the actual gutting and reconstruction of our home’s bathroom; from the owner Pete down through EVERY worker sent here, we are thoroughly impressed with the overall product. Every detail was discussed and explained to us, plumbing, electrical and structural changes required once the floor and walls were opened were thoroughly explained and vetted. Matt, the overall job supervisor stayed in touch and visited frequently. Rich, the on-site
foreman was technically impressive and never took a break pushing to get it done and get it done right. The tile work is over the top. In the end we have a showroom quality modern bathroom in our 60 year old home. On the scale of
1 thru 10, the Sanders experience was an 11.

vera...just moved to new house & needed to replace 31 yr old hot water heater. Sanders did a great job! Now I needed to replace Federal breaker box - Mike M came over to look at job ( he also did the electrical for the HWH & HVAC). Very professional and informative. They got the job & its set for next week. I have a lot of confidence & comfort in their work and will use them again.

Mike M. from Sanders Home Services arrived to check out a faulty attic fan, and prior to that has done other electrical work at my house as well. He's very personable and very thorough, and we're very satisfied with the quick, reliable service he provided.

Randy K came to my house today to work on a couple of old water valves that needed to be replaced. I thought he did an outstanding job. I have an old house that has a lot of charm, but nothing is ever as easy as it appears when working on the plumbing of an older house. So predictably, there were a couple of tricky aspects. Nonetheless, Randy was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time, and went the extra distance, to make sure it was done properly, including fixing some short cuts that previous workers had taken before I bought the property. The quote I received was not inexpensive, but it was important that this job be done well, and it was. I would not hesitate to have Randy work at my home again.

Sanders Home Services is a wonderful company to work with. Very professional and friendly.
I called 3 different companies to get an estimate on converting my propane grill to natural gas.
The other 2 local companies were indifferent and would not give me an estimate over the phone. The owner at Sanders actually took the time to go over the product details of my grill and gave me an estimate over the phone. I was very impressed.
My technician Randy arrived on time was very professional and friendly. He completed what he could during the service call and got on the phone with the manufacturer who accidentally sent me the wrong parts and made sure everything would be sent to me at no additional charge. I would absolutely use Sanders Home Services again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Fiore *** was very professional in appearance and manner. He is also very knowledgeable about the hot water system he came to fix. Was efficient and comforting. Gave me good tips for things to look for. Would call his company again without a second thought.

Max N was assigned to handle a sump pump emergency in our home. We had 2 inches of water in our basement, he quickly assessed and repaired the situation and professionally (and calmly) addressed our questions and concerns. We have had pleasant experiences with this company. They were brought to our attention via referral and I am happy to refer to others.

Had Mike M. for a service call and he was quick and efficient with correcting the problem of my porch light not working. He showed me what the issue was and why it was happening and got it fixed in a timely fashion. Pleasant demeanor and very knowledgeable.

Tom W. never fails to amaze as his skill sets are varied and his level of expertise high. His recent service call provided assistance to the electrician in the not-so-simple wiring and installation of a ceiling fan, problem solving to effect installation of LED replacement baffles for very unique can lights, assistance in wiring/installation of crawl space lights, and - very unexpectedly - one of the best drywall finish jobs I have ever seen to repair holes required to run the ceiling fan wiring. And here I thought Tom was only the heat load calculation guy!! Tom - many thanks for hanging with us to get the job done.

Fiore from Sanders Home Services is an excellent technician who is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Fiore is a true professional. My heater stopped working and it was 19 degrees outside late on Friday afternoon. A quick last minute call was placed to Sanders Home Services and Fiore was quickly dispatched. My wife and I were concerned we wouldn't have heat throughout the night or maybe even the weekend. Fiore arrived and was very confident he could resolve the issue. Sure enough, immediately after looking things over he knew what the problem was and within no time at all our heater was up and running. I've had Fiore come out to my home in the past and he always manages to fix the problem and keep things running. Fiore and Sanders Home Services is our GO TO when it comes to repairs.

Max was very professional and courteous as well as thorough. He clearly explained what needed to be done to repair a leak in the main water pipe in my basement and checked for other leaks. He also noticed a new cleanout plug was needed at the curb and made a recommendation for which type was best to install. He reminded me of an online coupon and applied it to the total amount due. A plus: my jack-chi liked Max and appreciated the scratches and pats he received!

Sanders Home Services, has been servicing my residence for close to 20 years. And Randy K. has taken excellent care of my home. He is excellent at identifying the issue and finding the best resolution. This is important when you have a 96 year old home. I would recommend Sanders Home Services to others.

Max did a wonderful job installing new risers and check valves for my sump pumps. He checked everything and made certain the pumps were working properly. Max was very courteous.
