I special ordered a new home. I specifically asked for certain things to be built into the home but was extremely disappointed when the home was delivered.
I asked for the a-c vents to be in the ceiling,they came in the floor. I asked for a walk in shower in spare bathroom due to my mom being in a wheelchair. It came with a tub and shower. I asked for a sliding glass door in dining room and got french doors. I asked for the wood beams in the dining room ceiling to be omitted, the beams came in the house. I asked for tv Jacks and phone Jacks in all 4 bedrooms and living room. I got zero phone jacks and 1 tv jack in living room only. I've been in the house now for almost 5 months and the skirting still is not finished. There are some braces in the attic of the home that didn't pass the insurance company inspection, can't get dealer to send anyone out to fix it.
I've contacted the house manufacturer to address the sheet rock repair issues and can't get a return call.
I would not recommend this company or this manufacturer.
