On April 26, 2017, we received a call from *** *** requesting a perimeter spray and bait stations for an exterior rat problem*** called the office days in a row and talked to *** for an extensive amount of time on both occasions and *** answered every one of her questions and
concernsWe made an appointment for *** our pest technician to come to ***'s home on April 28, After this initial service and May came around, it just so happened our server went down and we had to replace itAs anyone knows this can take some time getting all the programs transferred from the old serverWhen *** called I (*** **) just came back from my week long vacation and was in the process of putting the pest control software and the mapping software that we MUST have in order to schedule any monthly routing in the pest control fieldAt the time she called, I patiently listened to her ask when her next appointment would beI replied very nicely: "If you can give me one minute to look you up because my computer is new and I don't have all I need to see your account"At that point she immediately became irate and started yelling at me telling me she wasn't sure she even wanted to do business with us if I couldn't find her in our computerI then explained to her that I found her, BUT I could not schedule her right at that moment because my software for the mapping ability was not fully installed to place her in a scheduled routeShe again said: "I can't believe you can't even find me!!" Once again I told her I found her in the computer as my software for pest control was finished installing, but not the route plannerWhich was my problem but I was going to get it up and running that dayBut before I could even explain that to her I kept receiving her verbal abuseIn return I regret getting upset back at herWhen she told me she didn't "think" she wanted to do business with a company like ours, I got upset and told her "I will not do business with you, because I do not appreciate your tone with me"Her tone wasn't the worst part, it was the bashing of our company repeatedlyShe then hung up on meI called her back to discuss picking up our bait stations, but she didn't answer so I left a message telling her we would need our bait stations back, or she will be charged for them, just like I would tell any customer that had our bait stationsShe called right back and told me they would be outside her gateI was not her technician so therefore didn't know the layout of her residence outsideShe said the bait stations would be outside her gateI asked if they would be outside a yard gate or a gated communityI wanted her to understand the reason for my question about the gatesThe reason is that if she lived in a gated community and she left the bait stations out by the road and someone was to take them, she would be financially responsibleShe then snapped at me saying they will be outside my yard gate, and called me a bh and hung up on meAs far as not responding to her emails, I decided to leave well enough alone, as she was proving to be a difficult person to deal withThis is my perception of what took place and for the record, never called her an ogre as I don't even know what that isI understand she had one more week left to finish out the month on her bait stationsShe's caused more problems for us as a company by putting a bad yelp review online bashing everyone in the office and our company as a whole, with just her side of the story which is not totally accurateWe will be happy to refund her the entire amount of $with a signed document that states she will take her yelp review of us offWe are not trying to buy her review off, but we are not what she has portrayed us to beHer review is very lengthy and ultimately damaging to our businessIf not, we will only be able to refund her the amount of $because we charge $for a perimeter spray aloneWe believe this is fair and although we admit some fault in the matter (taking the bait stations one week early), she has blown it completely out of proportion

I am rejecting this response because:I have reviewed the response to my filed complaint ID 12154601 by [redacted] Pest Control .In their response, [redacted] admitted no fault of their own, with the one exception of removing the bait stations from my home's perimeter early. Original date of service was 4/28/17.  Bait stations were removed from the perimeter of my home 8am on 5/12/17 by [redacted] employee [redacted] That left 16 days to finish out the month with the bait stations, NOT 1 week as stated in [redacted] response. Their timeline is off.I would have not  filed a complaint, nor put a bad review on Yelp, if I had not been disrespected the way I was by this company's employee [redacted]. For this reason I am choosing to leave the review I posted of [redacted] Pest Control on Yelp, and I would like [redacted] Pest Control to pay me a fair refund in the amount of $30.00 for the 16 days that were left remaining on the use of their bait stations that were removed from the perimeter of my home early. Sincerely,[redacted] Janzen
