This client came in on Aug, 8th, left Birkenstocks with our business. Steve D took in her shoes/ *** Birkenstocks (he is the authorized repairman. Steve, told by client size (Note: length size only). No mention of a
narrow width food bed by client. Very few probably less than 10% wear other than a regular food bed width. A regular bed size installed with a new outer sole for $75.00. Our business redid to a narrow bed size at NO charge to client- Picked up by a friend Friday August 21st completed to a size narrow special order. The original repair was picked up by *** on Aug 12th returned almost directly after she tried on in parking lot area
