Letter to Mr. H[redacted]:
It is with great regret and disappointment that we write to you regarding the service rendered in our home on March 29, 2014. As you are aware, the “[redacted]” application did not take well to our floors. As a result, the floors appear to be worn in certain areas.
We have spoken to you regarding the outcome and have called too many times thereafter to recount. We are very disappointed with your lack of response and follow-up. Pictures have been attached, again, for your viewing.
In addition, you mentioned that your tight schedule is preventing you from visiting our home to investigate our concerns. Our time is valuable as well. In fact, you were expected to arrive at our home at 8 a.m. Due to late arrival, we missed a full hour of a pre-scheduled performance at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra!
We expected immediate resolve from an “expert” company. Unfortunately, you have not represented Sandfree as such. STILL WAITING!Desired Settlement: I desire an apology in addition to floor repairs. If repair is not possible an adjustment to the bill is appreciated.
