Florida Pool and Leak did a great job repairing the leak in our pool. Our only mistake was we called another company for leak detection first, when I wish we called Florida Pool from the start. When the other company quoted me a price that I felt was high, I called Florida Pool. The Florida Pool price was fair and in line with what my pool guy told me. In addition, their people were very nice & accommodating to my busy schedule. The repair guys came out and worked all day in the heat to replace my skimmer and repair the leak around my pool niche. After the work, the pool was still leaking (because the original company didn't detect all the leaks correctly). Florida Pool again was very fair on the price to fix the additional leak and now after a few months, I finally have a leak free pool! My wife and I couldn't be happier and I recommend to everyone that you call Florida Pool from the start! Thanks guys for the help, we appreciate it.

We bought our house end of August and discovered in early September there was a leak. I did some research on Revdex.com and found FL Pool and Leak and called them to come out. I shut pool down completely to prevent water waste, in doing so pool went green. Representative came out and because they have to get in pool couldn't do anything on that day. Offered service to drain pool - which when he called office they would ONLY allow him to do so with an acid wash which would have cost $400. I refused to pay amount since it hadn't been green for that long and nothing some chemicals and a running pump couldn't resolve. I said I would call back when pool was clear and balanced. Two and half weeks later called them back to house and they did dye test, water pressure, sonic sound and other fancy tests to narrow down leak and marked 2 spots where leak was detected with tape. I was told that they could dig up under pool deck and repair pipes which I did not want to do since we just bought house and was not prepared to spend that kind of money. The representative said a band-aide fix would be to plug jets and shut valve to jets from pump. I ordered parts and did plug myself since that was not considered a repair and he didn't have the parts to fix. Fast forward now 50 days later I am adding more water to my pool prior to them coming out. I called and spoke to general operator this morning and gave whole story. She said she would pass along to owner. When owner called me back I repeated whole story and was upfront and honest that I understood their paperwork says 30 day guarantee but we were resolving other issues that were not noticed - leak in pump and pipes by pump - and that I picked company based on reviews and complaints from Revdex.com and didn't want to go back to Revdex.com about ongoing leak. I was told you don't call with threat when paperwork was clear. Again, I am upfront, honest and educated consumer so I was going to them as courtesy prior to going back to Revdex.com. Needless to say I am back on Revdex.com because I was told do so by owner. I am now working with another pool tech company who is going to do a step by step check of leak that wasn't caught by Florida Pool and Leak - just like the leak in the pump they didn't catch.
