I paid the company $135 on September 27 21013, for transportation w/a credit card. On Oct. 21, 2013 my a/c was charged $135 - I only used them on 9/27I paid with a credit card to go to [redacted] on 9/27/2013 and have not used the company since. On Oct. 21 they charged my credit card $135 (the amount I paid on 9/27). I called and they said they have a [redacted] and probably got it mixed up. I asked why they had my credit card number still and I was told to "Chill Out". I have alerted by credit card company but would like to file a complaint against this company for unbusinesslike conduct and for keeping my card number.Desired SettlementSandhills Transportation is unethical and this should be publicized. No one should give them a credit card number as they keep the numbers in their files.remove numberThe company credited back the amount after I contacted my credit card company, so it has been taken care of.
