I spoke with rep regarding my balance of remaining course's I had purchased only to find out that purchase expired after year, which is not necessarily unreasonable but when your license renews every years it would be nice if it would last for yearsWhen I mentioned this the rep got defensive and rude and said they would go broke if they did thatI don't know how you go broke when the purchase was prepaid I asked to speak with a supervisor who said that he was the Dad and he was just as short with me

When I mentioned this the rep got defensive and rude and said they would go broke if they did that. I don't know how you go broke when the purchase was prepaid.
