Dear ***, Sandia Peak Ski Company will be forwarding to *** *** a refund of $the difference between an all day all mountain lift ticket and a half day all mountain lift ticket as requested in his complaint. In an e-mail dated January 18, the advertising issues

refunded the cost of the tickets had they been purchased at the Tramway on the day of your visit Based on the number of people in your party and the cost of your tickets it appears that you may have received the tickets from a third party supplier. If that is the case then due to the fact that the tramway did not receive the monies we are not able to refund the amount you paid. You would need to go back to the supplier that you received the tickets from. With this type of ticketing we offer a day rain check If the above is not how you received your tickets then please forward to me your receipt from the Sandia Peak Tramway and we will forward a refund Thank you for your understandingDeborah O***Director of Communications
