I am rejecting this response because:The company has had our clothes since the first week of Dec. 2015. I have called several times, wrote letters, and went to the business many times and have had no response till we went to the business on 4-9-16 and the son was there.  I knocked on the door and in a very mean voice he said I hear you with a dirty look. We both said rude things to each other because I feel he has sold my clothes for money.  A lot of time has passed and someone could have responded to my letters or calls.  I am very frustrated.  I called the police on 4-9-16 because the son called me a b#.  He was very rude to the officer who responded.  I feel my clothes were stolen and just because he and I had words does not give him the right to steal my clothes.
