Sandman Air provided an exceptional product and service! I recently had them do a new A/C install, and I am extremely satisfiedJohn (and team) is highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearTo begin, the whole process was clearly explained, and all of my questions were answeredThe install was quick, there was nothing left for me to clean up, and the end result was a cold, energy efficient homeAfter the install, John explained the basics of the A/C and the digital thermostat, and confirmed that everything was to my preferenceI could not have asked for a better experience!

John installed new A/C and furnace units in of our home this fall John is a pleasure to work with and he goes above and beyond in his work He had the American
Standard representative on site to verify all things were installed and working properly The second furnace had an issue and John was diligent in solving the problemHe is a perfectionist...even wears booties over his shoes when he comes into your home
He has a good group of young men to assist him and they were friendly and conscientious about their work
John was very reasonable and competitive in pricing and, as I said, gave 100% of his time to making sure the job was done correctly The American Standard rep showed me how he does things that you just don't see others do to make sure that you have the most efficient air flow that the system can deliver
I have referred him to others and will continue to do so He is the real deal

In conjunction with a new roof job, we decided to also replace our year old heat pump at the same time John was recommended to us by a neighbor who had recently had a new unit installed We are so very happy that we chose to use Sandman Air! John & Ryan did a fantastic job of evaluating our needs, explaining our options, and then professionally installing the new system (including new flexible ducts) He cooperatively worked with the roofing contractor while completing his portion of the project, and even arranged for a duct cleaning once all work was done to remove some residue that likely came from the roofers John's knowledge, professionalism, and integrity are second to none He did a top quality installation at a very fair and reasonable cost, and we can highly recommend him without reservation to anyone
NOTE: As a follfor an energy rebate, we had an APS inspector check the system After his examination and testing, he commented on how extremely well this project had been done

Our AC unit went out during the weekend. I called them, and they were at my house within a few hours. Very professional and I will recommend them to anyone that comes my way. Price was very reasonable as well. The owner, John was so helpful and thorough with his work. I am very happy we found them. They have secured all my future needs with them. Great company!

What can I say but thank you for the amazing service.

We had a drain line crack open and ruin some drywall in the attic (problem stemming from a lazy installer when the house was built who tried to "stretch" PVC pipes vs taking the time to do the job properly).

John offered to show up after hours over a weekend and ended up fixing the drain line problem for good. Extremely professional and very thorough.

He is the only A/C guy I will ever use.

I was VERY pleased and impressed with this company from start to finish. Very professional and accommodating and full of great advice. Very responsive and great communication. Very friendly and honest with quality work and fair pricing...hard to find these days! I would recommend Sandman Air to anybody, as I already have and they were all as impressed as I was! Great guy!!!
