It was built to hold a small oven and now it is supposed to be changed to fit a large oven that probably weighs 100+ pounds more? And why did he require the oven specs before he could place the order with the manufacturer if the unit was not going to be built according to the specs? Coincidentally, this unit was delivered cracked and is being rebuilt anywayI do not understand why
We worked with Tina H*** at the grand avenue location , her work was very professional and followed up with before and after work was completed at each stage with a phone call or in personAll work was done according to the projects timetable which was about days from start to finish, this was a complete kitchen rebuild except flooring which we had done previously, the only hiccup was we were short a small piece of molding which she reordered and had installed within weeks, only because the cabinets and trim were custom made back east

Amazing integrity and support I bought a set of kitchen/bathroom cabinets After the manufacturer's warranty had expired (yrs out) Diamond Kitchen & Bath stepped in anyway and replaced the faulty cabinet and as a goodwill measure covered both the material and all the labor -- including re-doing the whole vanity top and all the sink plumbing!! I have never found such above-and-beyond customer service I was shocked They were NOT obligated to do ANYTHING for me Yet they did, just because they stand behind their work and a customer's satisfaction If you want a great, professional installation on good cabinets at a great price, Diamond beats all others I've found They are dedicated to being the very best!!
yrsago we bought kitchen cabinets from this place Recently we went in and talked to the same salesman (Marty) and told him we wanted to buy the same cabinets for our bathroom (meaning 24" deep like our kitchen ones) and adult height We placed the order and he drew a computer diagram showing 77" long by 24" deep The closest they could come to 77" was 75" so we would have 1" filler on both sides No problem We then went to Lowe's and bought an ftcounter top to match for 24" deep cabinets When the cabinets arrived, they were only 21" deep I called Marty and said I think there has been some mistake and explained that our counter top was approx4" too wide He implied that I must be pretty stupid as "everyone knows bathroom vanities are only 21" deep" I told him we had wanted the same as we got for our kitchen (24" deep) and he had 24" deep on our drawing He said he wasn't going to argue with me and hung up the phone Extremely frustrated and mad, I called their c
The "manager" Marty is unprofessional and I feel as though once this company received full payment from me, their customer service was lackingI ordered cabinets in November and the installation was completed in the beginning of MarchI could go on and on about the reasons I am not satisfied but I will simply advise consumers to take their business elsewhereThe prices are good but for all the trouble I went through and having to be the one checking on the status us my order, repeatedly with no responses from MartyI would have rather paid more and gotten the job done in the quoted time frame (roughly weeks), not months later
I would file a complaint but I do not want anything to do with this business any longerI do not think they deserve any more of my time or effortI hope that the cabinets and counters last a long time and I do not have to use the warranty!
