I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 I am not satisfied with the response because his comments are not truthful.  He claims that everyone paid $15.00 but if the driver was stealing money from the company, where is the record that these people paid fifteen dollars?   The group member told the group the cost was $10.  Then, after he collected money from the group, I saw them pay the driver cash.  Again, if the driver was taking money on the side, where is the receipt for the cash these people paid?  It doesn't exist because they didn't pay $15.00. 
The apology was not sincere as it was coupled with the same condescending attitude of "you paid for a service and you get what you get" attitude.  Then, followed by "I am not even going to respond to the line "we were treated like we weren't valued" (paraphrase). "That is just ridiculous."  If we were valued customers, who would include such a line, that again rejects how we felt dismissed in a true and sincere apology, especially when you are saying that you are not going to refund the $5.00 difference so that every customer paid the same price that evening.
It was also signed by [redacted].  That evening I only spoke to [redacted] and a [redacted], who claims he was the owner.  They were the only two people present during the entire conversation.  Why am I getting a response from someone with details about the event who was not even there that night? 
Even Sandollar's "apology" is condescending and patronizing.  The only way this matter will be resolved is if Sandollar refunds my $5.00.  Since they are adamant that is not going to happen.  This matter will never be resolved.

This is in response to complaint [redacted]. I do apologize about what happened. I also thank you for bringing it to our attention. That employee was taking money from the company and is no longer with us. Every person that got their shuttle ticket/wristband from our desk paid $15 for it....

I apologize for what that employee did but there will not be a refund. We provided the service on an agreed upon price that was posted in the hotel lobby (you either want the service or you don't). The customer satisfaction should have come from us providing the service for the price we agreed on (which we did). I'm not going to address the comment "we weren't worth any real consideration". That whole line is ridiculous. These guests were nor patronized or dismissed, they were provided a service posted in the lobby. Again I do apologize for what happened, but the only one cheated here was our company by a driver who is no longer with us.
