[redacted] was very understanding to my situation and immediately took action to cover the leak with a tarp despite that it was still raining. He also handled all the business over the phone sending me pictures of his work and emailing me the receipt since I am out of town. Awesome service!","pos-6

The quality of work, attention to detail, and assistance [redacted] Roofing has provided us surpasses any home repair company I've had to deal with in the Jacksonville area.
When we noticed water damage due to a leak around the fireplace, our insurance company stated they would only cover repairs to the interior (ceiling) and that it would be a recurring problem. Not being satisfied with that, I contacted [redacted]. He came out the same day, did a thorough inspection, and gave us three options, one being a new roof. When the insurance company resisted, [redacted] assisted us with explaining the technical aspect of a new roof to the insurance adjuster. The insurance company approved us for the repairs that day. Knowing that I am in the Marine Corps and leaving to Japan in the coming week, [redacted] had a crew at my house three days after the approval was granted. They removed and replaced all the shingles in just one day! They took care of all the waste, ensured nothing was left, and left us with a new, well made roof that stands out amongst the other homes in our neighborhood.

I was called by Sandoval Roofing [redacted] before I could dial them. I received a professional estimate and after getting a second estimate I chose Sandoval to install my new roof. Wilmer answered all of my questions and helped me decide on the best fit for a new roof. Two days later [redacted] had delivered all the materials and the roof system was installed in one day. After the clean up there was no trace the crew was ever there except for a new facelift for my home. I highly recommend Sandoval Roofing. I got quality workmanship from a family owned business that has added true value to my home.","pos-10

Sandoval Roofing installed gutters on my home and it was an outstanding job. Cost was slightly higher than some competitors but I feel the job quality was well worth it, most cases you get what you pay for.
