Quality and cleanliness of the property was not up to reasonable minimum standards We booked a week long vacation at the property based on information available on the website A villa was booked at a significantly higher than average price for a room Upon arrival at the property we entered the villa and found the conditions to be unacceptable The property had a foul odor, the vent to the AC unit in the kitchen was completely rusted and was covered in hair, the refrigerator was dented on the outside, and dingy/dirty on the interior, the stove was old, physically damaged and appeared to be dirty, the carpets were old, ragged and dirty, the cabinet door in one of the bathrooms practically fell off when opened We went to the office and expressed concern to the manager on duty They showed us other rooms, none of which was acceptable in terms of condition When I expressed this, the manager said that I could check out and they wouldn't hold me to the full week reservation

This was (5/19) check in dateWe moved into a ocean front room which was cleaner but still very outdatedWe went down to the pool the next day (5/20) with our year old daughter and year old son...at the main pool we then saw females kissing while the guys recorded it, they were drinking hard liquor pool side and leaving glass bottles around the area (where it clearly states no drinks or food around pool) the girls were "twirking" right there at the entrance of the pool, playing very loud and vulgar musicWent to the lobby to speak to manager afterwards and manager on duty state
The pictures on the website looks nothing roomsMy whole party explained that and he decided to only give two people in the group and refund I purchased one room on 03/09/for The second room on 03/20/for These payments were made from my checking account with regions bankThe issue happened when I arrived on 04/07/

Mold in bathroom walls ceilings, pool had sharp medal cutting guest feet multi kids injured from it, dirty dishes in cabnet used foam cups teeth marks on cups,soiled bedding with feces on it as well as on lamp shade toilet had feces and urine on it, exposed wires in accessible utility closet breaker box next to water pipe unable to close dripping pipes by box not safe AC dripping into wall outlet fire hazzard upstairs toilet leaking onto bed we were charged $to park Steve was rude confrontational demeaning inappropriately arguing around children refuse his supervisor contact info refused to walk away after being ask we were called liars and made to feel intimidated were asking for full refund not the small insulting portion not equal to even one night we lost $dep on our boat due to multi moves over two full days of our vacation

Terrible place to stay
We checked into the Sandpiper Beacon on May19th and checked out on May 28thWhile we were there our room was not cleaned for days, one of the days we asked to have towels and tp brought up only to be told that we would need to come get itThe days that they did "clean" the room it was still dirty and all they really did was bring towels and make the beds No linens were changed and the sinks and tub were never wiped down nor was the floor vacuumed We spent a lot of time just hanging at the pools and there were college/high school kids drinking and smoking dope the entire time, I complained to the office and they acted like it was no big deal and did not address my concern On the 4th day our room was not cleaned I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was gone but would get in touch the next day, this did not happen I should have checked out but would lose my money so was forced to stay the entire trip The day I checked out I asked to have a

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort all 3 times this year. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. And our rooms have always been very clean as well as the whole property. It is very well managed the staff really takes good care of all your needs. We will not stay any where else.
WORST HOTEL we've ever stayed in. Staff are arrogant and do not care about their guests. They DID not explain the NO REFUND policy. They blocked off handicap parking areas for the stupid bikers bikes,all other guests were made to park across the street, even those that are handicap. They do not have handicap accessible bathrooms, and it's not a clean place to stay. And the beds are so old, and small, that we did not sleep well AT ALL! We travel a lot, and spend a lot of money in Florida, but this place will NEVER get another dime from us.
