I am rejecting this response because:  They shipped the mattress but i'm still missing the other items on my list and haven't received the monetary value for the items that were broken and/or stolen.

Review: I sent 3 boxes . They promise me that they were to arrive [redacted] in 16 to 22 days that was March 10/2015 today is June 10/2015 two month boxes are not deliver. I call them last month their answer is that they will deliver. I call them a couple of times same answer. They promise me 16 to 22 days . They got paid on the same day they took 3 boxes.Desired Settlement: Let people know not to trust them

Review: I [redacted] send some furniture from $ 1500 to [redacted] I did take pictures before sending, it were in perfect condition when they delivered were broken and also have the pictures, since me and I tried to communicate with them to answer for damages do not answer the phone did not respond was talking with the owners and I hung up the phone refused to take damage even when I showed the pictures as my husband was received which is a joke they have and then call every Friday see if we will send goods back please I call for sanctions a business that operates without insurance and are not responsible for damage and tried to fix this by communicating good bUT COULD NOT. Please I need help with this I paid $ 350 dollars for the shipment of furniture and ensured that I would arrive well. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Not just who are playing with money from the people and not be responsable for damages.Desired Settlement: This company is very strict related to your payments if you do not pay them they do not give the goods always take more time than promise to deliver always have problems that [redacted] cars by paperwork problems if they are not responsible should not continue operating until organize.

And please they need to provide a good customer service not to hang up the phone or do not talk about the problems

Review: I have been calling for the last 3 months for Sandra to refund merchandise that I shipped to the [redacted] on July 26th of this year and to this date hasn't been received. The total amount of my loss is $2,000.00. There is a mattress worth $1,500, a lamp $75.00, raw iron towel rack worth $50.00, antique dresser which was received damaged, Japanese china cabinet worth $1,000 which was damaged as well. I was able to repair certain items and she hasn't refunded me the monies I spent in the repairs either. She charged me over $5,000.00 an my loss is endless because there were also a great deal of small items missing from boxes.Desired Settlement: I'm asking for a refund or replacement of the items listed above. It doesn't matter to me as long as this lady learns how to be fair while doing business and stops cheating the public.
