I am rejecting this response because:During the initial bleaching they left the bleach on for the recommended time removed it and as they added the color did not like the amount of brassiness that was still in the hair so they reapplied bleach this is the minors mother I walked in and saw a second application of bleach after I had had the boy there for a good minutes he has never had bald spots before and this bald spot was an inch and a half wide and over inches long it may have never happened before but it happened this time and her reaction to it was inappropriate along with full of costs we have spent an additional $and I am wanting all of that returned to us

However, there is nothing I can do, because I feel I have gone above and beyond with the service provided. I removed the hair color that was Initially requested by the customer free of charge due to a known rule within the school that the child attends, in which distracting hair color is not allowed. I removed the alteration upon request. This alteration removal Is a cost of twenty-five dollars. With that said, the mother assumed the risks of the service provided to her child knowing full well that this alteration of hair color was not allowed, yet she had given consent. On an added note, this complaint was filed based on buyer's remorse, which in fact should not have been filed in the first place as the Revdex.com does not handle complaints based on this according to the Revdex.com Complaint Form Guidelines.
