Revdex.com,We installed a new roof for [redacted] from 05/to the morning of 05/thru his insurance company which involved tearing off his old roof Over that weekend it did rain and there was a small leak that developed at a vent pipe We received a call from ** [redacted] on Saturday 05/around pm [redacted] dropped everything to go over there to see what the issue was From there, he went to ***, purchased a tarp, bucket and at pm in the rain he was tarping that vent to prevent any further damage The next morning (on a Sunday), [redacted] and I (the owner) met ** [redacted] at am to discuss all the concerns he had with the leak and the roof in general The leak was fixed that morning and throughout the next week he raised concerns that the shingles weren't sealing properly I told him that they don't seal overnight and will take 3-weeks and the sun to seal them He was unhappy with my answer to his question so I reached out to the [redacted] Territory Manager in Houston ( [redacted] ) to come out and inspection the shingles of concern That date was scheduled for Monday, 06/at pm On Monday (06/08) at am I received a phone call from [redacted] complaining about those same shingles and I again told him we would be out at pm the same day He believed that we might not show up but we did along with [redacted] [redacted] and ** [redacted] created a punch list of items for us to fix plus [redacted] even agreed to update his ridge and hip shingle to high profile at no additional charge When I left ** [redacted] 's house yesterday around 4:pm, we both were on the same page and were to wait on [redacted] to initiate paperwork and get everything approved I told ** [redacted] that we were going to get back out to his house to fix everything as soon as we hear back from [redacted] (next week) and he still thinks we might not show up to finish the work I'm not sure what else to do and I'm very surprised that he reached out to Revdex.com to file a complaint I'm doing the best I can to resolve this matter and hopefully make him happy I answer every phone call he makes or get back to him at my earliest convenience if he does leave a voicemail, respond to his text messages, and as of today he has hung up on me times at the end of phone calls I'm not sure what else I can do.Thanks,***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
This is really simple, (when my roof is DONE) I can accept the responseI have a right to complain about whats happen so farMy biggest problem is they really think they did a good job originallyI don't think there's such a thing as a miner leak in a roof!I have a contract that saying there also suppose to do gutter work, which Im not sure is possible and its scary to think about since the roof wasn't done properlyMy home was Damaged while putting the roof upNo ones said how that will be fixedThe person writing the response was no where near my home while the work was being done but he can tell me the sun will make the shingles go down.Roofs are being done that don't need sun to make there shingles go down..I can't believe my insurance company referrers them.I will make sure that stops.They ( practiced) putting a roof on my home.Customer service? The man had the nerve to have a attitude when he came to my home.*** was no where near my home either he lied about what was going to be done to my roof.junk was left at my home and is still at my home.They think that's customer service

[redacted]'s house yesterday around 4:30 pm, we both were on the same page and were to wait on [redacted] to initiate paperwork and get everything approved.  I told **.
