Review: [redacted] was our photographer for our July wedding and she told us in the beginning that it would not take long for her to get us our pictures. She told us we were the last wedding she was doing and we weren't getting any prints. Now, I did upgrade to the next package about 3 months before the wedding to get a memory book. In November, she said she couldn't do the book anymore, which is fine. She refunded us for the book. I still should have had my pictures regardless by then. The contract states "After the event, please allow 2-6 weeks for your pictures to be edited. You will then receive by mail, Photo dvd's." We weren't ordering any prints so we really should have had our pictures a long time ago. Additionally she states that if she tries to contact you and gets no response, she will bill you $25.00 every 90 days until you place your order. So, she can punish people for not responding to her, but what are her clients supposed to do when she does not contact them back, repeatedly? Unfortunately now, I have been reading complaints posted by other couples that dealt with the same issue. She does not responds back to people rather it's voice mail or email. I was lucky to catch her in November when she told me about not being able to do the book but getting a refund for it and that the pictures were almost finished and that she would email me a week later giving me a date for someone to pick them up for me. I never got an email or phone call. In fact my husband and I were both ignored after that. My husband went to her business and she gave him unedited proofs of our photos, the refund for the book, and a picture frame. Still no edited photos. She told him they would be ready January 10th or before. It is a month later and I still do not have what I paid for. I have tried to contact her and have gotten no response. The contract says I should have had my pictures somewhere around August 25th. It is February 9th. I have been patient for so long, but that is gone now.Desired Settlement: I want her to complete the contract and receive my products.

Review: I have recieved some of my products however she will not respond back to me to get my memory book or the money value of 100 prints. It took my brother to go to her house to pick up my 16 by 20 portrait. She has been paid in full since before my wedding. I have been very understanding with her personal issues going on in her life but enough is just enough I just want a refund given to me for my memory book and my 100 prints and I will do it myself. Thats all I want. I have copies off all the emails that she had sent me agreeing with filling my order if needed.Desired Settlement: 200.00 Memory Book value10.00 100 prints at .10 cents a piece210.00 Total
