Review: I have contacted Sandridge many, many, many times. They do not answer the phone... ever. They do not respond to voicemails... ever. At one point, I had sent them an email that was replied to, but took several weeks for a simple question (the question was "did my payment arrive on time?" the very simple answer was, "yes, it did arrive on time". unfortunately, this response came WEEKS later). they have also increased my bill from $60 to $70. there is a $10 fee that is not explained on the bill. this is the reason I began calling again. I simply wanted to know what the fee was, and there is no way to find out since they do not respond to phone calls. I now want to cancel my service but I can't even do that if they won't pick up the phone.Desired Settlement: 1) find out why I was being charged a $10 fee, 2) dispute said fee if this is an inaccurate billing issue, 3) pay whatever I actually owe, and 4) cancel my service effective immediately.
