I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
In response to the statement that I filed a coming before I contacted the business, that is false.  I filed when the representative I was speaking with at the business spoke for the owner and said they would not help me. Maybe the owner shod address his employee. They did fix my car and the owner did right by me.

Review: My car was taken to Sandrof for repair to the front end of my car. A new wheel and body work was completed the end of FebruaryI was driving down [redacted] Rd last Thursday and the wheel came off of my car. All lug bugs and studs were completely gone.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed. The wheel came off my car, all the way off my car while I was driving my car. I want my damage done to my paint and fender fixed along with my wheel.

Seems that this was filed before this person talked to me. What I know..Car was fixed by us over four months ago, my staff had to find out details about this which involved two other companies. We did not install the wheel and a wheel alignment was done after the wheel was installed by the wheel shop. Being that it had been so long we had to talk to all parties involved. Many things could happen in four months, car could have been serviced somewhere else, vandalism, etc. Turns out wheel studs sheared off, which were not factory and were installed when the customer bought the car. We, nor anyone affiliated with us replaced the wheel studs. These are aftermarket wheels and studs which can be problematic and need to be torqued at times to recheck. In addition the original insurance company and the customers insurance company said no to any repairs. Bottom line, I agreed to repair this car and the wheel shop agreed to replace the wheel. Both the wheel shop and the dealer said no until I got involved,the dealer accepted no responsibility even though they put the wheel studs on originally. I feel I'm fixing and paying for someone else's problem but feel it is the right thing to do for my customer, no one else was looking out for her. We are in the middle on fixing the car and also supplied this customer with a loaner car at our expense.
