I am a courier living in Tsawwassen, and on a number of occasions, Sands & Sons have bailed me out first thing in the morning with flat tires, engine warning lights on, and doing oil changes not previously booked I have found them professional and accomodating, and have no hesitation in recommending their services

I started going to S & S Auto shortly after they opened shop in TsawwassenThey have gone above and beyond what would be expectedA free loaner vehicle, where do you get those now a days? Couldn't get my gas cap off and the oil was low, they put some oil in and wouldn't let me pay anythingFixed a clutch that I had many problems with that another mechanic didn't do properlyWill be going to S & S until I am not driving anymore!

Brought my jeep cherokee in as it couldnt startApproved work for getting the jeep started which apparently was a dollar pc partbut I ended up without my approvel with two trunk shocks, new rad cap and rad fluid, new battery "batt wa sunder warranty from [redacted] " an dmany more partsThey charged me labour for taking amp cable off even $charge hours labour worst thing Car cooling system went withen days of driving from sands n sons did not go back based on fear they would ding me for more unapproved workSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I have vehicles & a motorcycle & started using these guys over a year ago It's Absolutely the best place I've ever been to (& I'm over 70) I've talked to other customers who have similar accolades Highly recommend them

I appreciate the service I received from Sands and Sons so much I felt obligated to write this review to help people in delta frustrated with poor mechanics in the areaThe professionalism of the owner, Robert, and his staff went above and beyond any standards of business I have dealt with beforeThey took care of my vehicle promptly due to the fact I was in an urgent rush and moved things around for me to accommodate thisThey double checked their guaranteed work making sure my work truck would perform and not impede on me being able to make my incomeAll repairs were thoroughly discussed before installation to not have any miscommunication when the bill cameI cannot say enough great things about this mechanic shopDue yourself a favour and trust Sands and Sons with any repairs and servicing needs you have

This is the worst place today get your car doneMy car broke down at one point and I needed a starter asap and so I heard they this place would give me a decent price for a starter including labour work and I kept calling and asking the owner how much it was at first he said it was $and that my oil was free of charge and the next day when I went to go pay my bill it was $924.10! I was so mad I went to my actual mechanic to check out my starter and oil and they checked thoroughly telling me that they did a sloppy job on my starter and that my oil was low !!!

Fantastic quality service. When travelling on Christmas Eve, we rolled into the shop with emergency repairs that needed attention. The folks at the shop, stopped everything and attended to the repairs to get us back on the road. They were warm and welcoming, and effectively communicated the required repairs. The technician did a quality job addressing the repair. If we lived in the area I would definitely take my car to this shop for regular maintenance and repairs.
