Review: On Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 2013, we had 2 rooms there. Both rooms smelled bad. The towels were not clean. There were many stains on them. The heaters at both rooms were noisy and due to the noise we could not sleep the whole night. On top of all these issues, there was no one at the admission desk to address our concerns.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of $118.88*4=$475.52
