Sands Landscaping services the HOA I live in. Over the 5 years I've lived there the work has become more and more disappointing. The look of the lawns have deteriorated rather than improved. Throughout the neighborhood there are many patches of dead grass, different kinds of grasses, weeds, bald spots and in some just weeds. Their machinery chips the concrete along side the pathways and driveways. They cut off azalea flowers the day after they bloomed, and butchered my hedges twice in 5 years cutting off almost all of the leaves. They did not agree to replace hedges which are now unsightly.

Do not waste your money with this company. All he wants is to take other people's money. I dealt directly with *** Sands and he is very rude, impolite and discourteous.
He doesn't even answer your phone calls or text messages. Once I got hold of him, he is apparently "too busy" with other work. Wasted a bunch of $$ with this company. The materials used is of very inferior quality. Would not recommend anyone to use this company.
