Review: I called these people cause I was having a refrigerator freezer problem,they sent a young man to my house. He told me to defrost system then the company would set up another date so he could come back and diagnose the problem. So I waited about three days no call,I called them and they said he said that there wasn't a problem,it just needed to be defrosted. He was wrong ,freezer still not working , I then spoke with the [redacted] and after asking a few questions ,I just kept getting the run around ,so he set up an appointment to come himself. He came to the house told me I needed a new compressor and whole fridge was bad. So I said price the repair and call me back,this all started on May * ,2014, today is August **,2014,no call. Neither him or the young man he sent knew what was wrong. The reason I waited so long to file this complaint is my fridge is being repaired now,with parts that are under warranty by viking. This man didn't tell me that all that sealed parts are under warranty by viking for 12 years,I had to research that myself. His response was take this guys number and get rid of this fridge,put a sub-zero brand in he sells rebuilt refrigerators. I'm am furious that this company is doing this to people,it made me feel like I was being scammed. So he has never called me back he took my money($135.78),I'm doing this so no one gets taken advantage of again.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
