I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 09/11/2015 in regards to his concerns. He stated he's frustrated with several things that need to be repaired on his van and hasn't received any help from his local Chevrolet dealer. I explained to him that we would gladly repair his van to his satisfaction and...

provide him with a loaner vehicle. He was happy with that resolution however couldn't commit to a date and would call me back when he could. I reached out to Mr. [redacted] on the evening of 09/15/2015 and set an appointment for 09/23/2015 to have his van repaired. I did inform Mr. [redacted] that I will reserve a full size SUV (Chevrolet Traverse) as a loaner to avoid any space inconvenience. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the accommodations set. No further action is required at this time.Derek

A few days after Mr. [redacted] purchase, our General Manager, Glen D[redacted], was made aware of Mr. [redacted] concern of Internet pricing being lower than he paid. Mr. D[redacted] called Mr. [redacted] to discuss that we use a third party vendor that post the pricing and that the pricing posted was an...

error. Mr. D[redacted] then shared that we had an errors and omissions statement on our website. Mr. D[redacted] stated that he would be glad to re-visit the pricing however; his proof of income came in at $1900.00 per month and the ALL the lenders we sent his credit application to, have declined the loan as his income was not adequate enough for this much car. Enclosed you will find copies of five declination letters from lenders that we submitted his loan application to for approval on the loan for the vehicle selected. These letters are all dated November 8, 2016 (the same day of purchase). None of the applications submitted exceeded the “Amount Financed of $19,830.00.  Mr. [redacted] authorized Sands “to forward my application and all related information to other creditors for evaluation as a method of effectuating my request for credit” on the signed credit application (please see copy enclosed). Mr. D[redacted] informed Mr. [redacted] that even though we were unable to secure financing for him, that he could go to his bank or credit union to secure a personal loan and to let me know the next day what he wanted to do. Mr. D[redacted] continued to call Mr. [redacted] for the next 3 days to find out what his intentions were or bring the car back. No calls were returned. Mr. [redacted] did receive a direct mail solicitation that offered a pre-approval however; this process still requires a final bank approval based on the collateral selected and his provable income, job time and current credit score. As disclosed on the direct mail piece. Mr. [redacted] can be approved on a vehicle, just not the one he selected. It will require him to select a vehicle and loan amount that he lender will accept and feel confident he will be able to repay based on their guidelines. As for Mr. [redacted] deposit; as per the sales representative, Abraham, the two of them went to Wells Fargo to get bank statements and money. Mr. [redacted] account was overdrawn and he was unable to get money. No deposit had been received. Should you need more information and/or have additional questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### or [redacted]@sandschevrolet.com . Sincerely, Cherie V[redacted]Sands Motor CompanyOffice Manager
