date.. Ms [redacted] called in the late afternoon on Thursday, 1/19/2017 requesting a cancellation and full refund. The cancellation request was received by [redacted], who advised Ms [redacted] that a refund check would be mailed. Instead of just accepting a satisfactory result to her request, Ms [redacted] "demanded" to speak with the Manager. When advised the manager was not in the Office, but out on the property, Ms [redacted] insisted to know '"Where is she? You don't know where your manager is?. Is she in the hospital", etc. [redacted] returned to the Office from doing property checks at 6pm, closing time for the day. The next morning', [redacted] called Ms [redacted] back. Immediately upon introducing herself to Ms [redacted] over the phone, Ms [redacted] quickly and accusingly asked [redacted] as to her whereabouts the day before. Ms [redacted] stated that the office staff, [redacted]? "had no idea where [redacted] was", which was not what had been told to her. [redacted] explained that the staff does not disclose the whereabouts of any employee to non-employees. [redacted] then stated that she was calling Ms [redacted] to advise her that the refund check had been requisitioned and would be mailed. Even without Ms [redacted]'s telephone call, the $54 refund check would have, after refund processing, been forthcoming. Notwithstanding, satisfactorily handling Ms [redacted]'s cancellation and refund, she still stated that she was calling the Revdex.com for bad customer service and then proceeded to also write an inaccurate and bad review on Google AND yelp. • 4 refund check has been processed and mailed.
