Sandy Creek Properties, [redacted], contacted me via phone October 7, 2013, and stated he would calculate refund and get back with me in a day or two. It is now December 7, 2013, and I still have not heard back from Sandy Creek Properties, [redacted], Managing Partner. I have made multiple attempts during this time period to make contact via phone and email. Monetary refund is for services (consultation) and blueprints not rendered. Initial services were terminated due to lack of communication between August 29, 2013 and October 5, 2013.Desired Settlement: Refund via check for service not rendered.
